Early voting has started for the Nov. 5 general election in Minnesota. The Winona Daily News sent a questionnaire to the candidates for contested Winona Area Public Schools Board of Education, Winona city council, Winona County board, Winona County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Supervisors, Minnesota House of Representatives, and U.S. House of Representatives seats that will be on ballots in the area. Candidates were limited to 250 words per question.
Al Light and Jason David Dicus will face off on the November ballot for one of the Winona city council’s two at-large seats.
