PEORIA (25News Now) – We will continue to see warmer temperatures as we work our way into the weekend, but changes are on the horizon. Temperatures will start off cool for our Friday morning with temperatures in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s throughout the morning commute hours. Southwesterly winds will drive temperatures back to the mid 80’s both today and for our Saturday. A cold front will pass through the region late Saturday into Sunday, bringing cooler air with it. High temperatures will fall to the 60’s for Sunday with winds up to 30 miles per hour. Conditions will get even cooler for the start of next week with highs near 60 both Monday and Tuesday. Temperatures will drop into the lower 30’s by Tuesday night, likely brining our first freeze of the season.
