A man was airlifted after a major crash sent his car flying into a field in Brown County early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch near 18720 County Road 25, New Ulm, at 12:39 a.m. When they arrived, deputies found a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee with significant damage.
The man driving the Jeep was westbound on County Road 25 when he failed to negotiate a curve. The Jeep left the road and struck a driveway approach, sending the vehicle flying.
The car rolled over until it came to rest in a field. Allina Ambulance and New Ulm Fire and Rescue were called to extricate and treat the driver for injuries…
