Organizers gathering signatures to bring an entertainment district and arena to a public vote in Norman said they are almost ready to bring them to city hall.
A tent has been set up on Main Street in Norman for the past month to gather signatures. The goal is to get a city-approved entertainment district and arena to a vote of the people through the petitioning process.
