Tom Neel, a fifth-generation Idahoan and 1987 ISU alumnus with a degree in English and minors in philosophy and French, has over 30 years of federal service in intelligence, counterintelligence, cybersecurity, aerospace, and emerging technologies. With deep roots in Idaho and a family ranching tradition, Tom’s career has spanned the globe, from writing for the Presidential Daily Brief to working on critical national security issues, all grounded in the intellectual foundation he built at Idaho State University.
