Albuquerque man found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was found guilty by a federal jury of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to court documents, Anthony A. Hernandez was found with a stolen gun on Oct. 26, 2021. Albuquerque Police Department officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert and a 911 call reporting a man waving a firearm near an apartment complex.
