On October 2, 2024, at approximately 10:21 p.m., officers from the Red Bluff Police Department responded to a report of a suspicious person at the Antelope Veterinary Clinic, located at 85 Belle Mill Road. Upon arrival, officers observed 36-year-old Anthony Torres igniting a delivery container on fire.
Officers quickly extinguished the fire and took Torres into custody. Further investigation revealed that Torres is currently on parole with the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation for a previous arson conviction.
