Earthquake simulator rocks Sacramento State students, teaching importance of preparedness

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Feeling a large-scale earthquake in a safe setting.

That’s what students, staff and visitors at Sacramento State experienced Wednesday as the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) brought its mobile earthquake simulator to campus.
