Memphis mother speaks after home riddled with bullets

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A Mid-South man is lucky to be alive after several gunshots were fired into a home in North Memphis.

Prestine Adair said gunfire sprayed her home on Piedmont Avenue in North Memphis on October 6, leaving behind bullet holes as her son and daughter raced for survival.

“The first bullet went through the front door, above the couch; the second bullet went down at the bottom of the door and went through the couch where he (her son) was just laying out,” Adair said…
