HOLLISTER, Calif. — Hollister police announced the arrest of a man wanted for causing an explosion that damaged a city-owned vehicle back in early July.
Carlos Bravo Casarez, 41, a resident of Sacramento County with ties to Hollister, was arrested Wednesday, per police. On Monday, a Hollister officer contacted the suspect for another case and was later able to arrest him for the vandalism.
