EVERETT — In NWAC soccer action in Everett, the nation’s 3rd-ranked Peninsula Pirates men’s team held a 3-1 lead in the 54th minute after a goal by Austin Collins. However, Everett scored two goals in the next seven minutes, and the game ended in a 3-3 tie. Nil Grau and Ezrah Ochoa scored the other two goals. The Pirates are now 11-0-1 on the season.

The nation’s top-ranked Pirates women shut out Everett 3-0, with goals from Paige Johnson, Shawna Larson, and Shiori Shintaku. The Pirates are now 9-0 and will travel to Whatcom on Saturday.
