The Sterling Heights Public Library is on the lookout for an artist with a knack for public art and a penchant for literary inspiration. The library aims to spruce up the column bases that connect their building to the Sterling Heights Police Station. There are 15 columns, each awaiting a dose of creativity that reflects the library’s devotion to learning and exploration, as per the City of Sterling Heights.
An artist’s touch is being sought to cover both the complete and partial column bases, which vary slightly in size.
