A group of us meet at the pier a couple mornings a week and usually need to use a restroom. Since we get there before they are cleaned, we must deal with the condition they are left in. The one closest to the parking lot is frequently unusable. It is poorly maintained, currently two of the three urinals are out of order, and the commodes are frequently not flushed, leaving the place reeking.
