Another cool day and then warming up

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Fall weather will stick around for one more day and then warmer weather moves in for the weekend. Winds will stay brisk out of the NE at 15-20 mph with some occasional higher gusts. A small craft advisory remains in effect through Sunday due to the breezy conditions. Seas will be 3-5 feet out in the open waters with rough conditions expected at times.

We will see high pressure stay in control over our area through the weekend and into early next week. Expect to see temperatures below average on Friday with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s to start the day. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.

There is no chance of any rainfall for the next 5 days due to the dry air and high pressure holding firm over the area. Temperatures will be warming back to more seasonable averages by Saturday and that will be the trend through early next week…
