Today, Thursday October 17th, at 3:00 P.M., the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office and Monterey County District Attorney’s Office Cold Case Homicide Task Force held a joint press conference to announce that an arrest was made on Thursday morning in a nearly 30-year-old cold case homicide.
