Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is engaged to his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos. Prescott announced the engagement on Instagram, posting a photo of Ramos wearing a large diamond ring.

Prescott enlisted the help of MJ to propose, putting her in a onesie that read, “Hi mommy, daddy has a question for you!” The “o” in “you” was the engagement ring.
Prescott worked with a jeweler to create a custom 10-carat emerald cut engagement ring for Ramos. The ring is valued at $1 million.
Prescott has been private about his love life in the past. He first went public with Ramos in August 2023, on her 30th birthday. The couple announced they were expecting their first child in November 2023.
MJ was born in February 2024. Prescott has said that becoming a father has changed his perspective on life. Both MJ and Ramos have become regular fixtures at Prescott’s games.
