CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Throughout October, Towboat US Charleston is making waves with a pink towboat named “Big Lou” to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer.
The initiative is part of a national effort by Towboat US, with Charleston being one of five ports participating.
