Police arrest Fargo homicide suspect in Atlanta, Georgia

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – On Friday, Fargo Police announced homicide suspect Leo Dartoe had been located and arrested in Atlanta, Georgia. The United States Marshals Task Force and Atlanta Police Department helped assist with the arrest. Dartoe is currently in custody in Atlanta and is awaiting extradition to North Dakota.

Dartoe (34 years old) was identified as a suspect in the August 23rd homicide of 35-year-old Sampson Bleh in Fargo. The homicide happened in the 2200 block of 12th Avenue South in Fargo. A warrant was issued for Dartoe’s arrest in connection to the homicide.

“The Fargo Police Department would like to acknowledge the United States Marshals Task Force and the Atlanta Police Department for their assistance in locating and arresting homicide suspect Leo Dartoe.
