ELBERT COUNTY, Ga. (WSPA) — Officials with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have arrested and charged a suspect who allegedly was involved in a shooting that killed a 15-year-old.
GBI said that Jarquavious Demetriun Scott, 18, of Anderson was arrested Friday.
