Three weeks after Helene caused catastrophic damage to Lake Lure, North Carolina, a small rainbow has appeared in the devastation, town officials said.
The area’s beloved Rainbow Bridge, where thousands of people traveled after the death of their pets to hang their collar and say goodbye, was washed away by the tropical storm.
