Driver was speeding before killing father, daughter in Lancaster County crash: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Lancaster County woman is accused of driving at a high rate of speed just before crashing into another vehicle, killing a father and daughter in December, court documents show.

Beth Fife, 51, of East Earl, faces homicide by vehicle and other charges stemming from the double fatal crash on West 28th Division Highway (SR322) in Penn Township on Dec. 1 , Northern Lancaster County Regional Police said in a criminal complaint.
