Alabama – In a disturbing case of deception and manipulation, a 43-year-old man, identified as J. Stephens, faces severe legal consequences after pretending to be the father of a 15-year-old girl to check her out of her school and engage in an inappropriate “act.” The incident, which occurred on September 18, has led to Stephens being charged with serious offenses, including ra-e, traveling to meet a child for se- and enticing a child to enter a vehicle or house.

According to the sheriff’s office, Stephens orchestrated a plan to pick up the teenager from her school in Alabama by informing the school staff that he was the girl’s father and that she needed to be checked out early. Surveillance footage confirmed the girl entering Stephens’s black Dodge truck at approximately 9 a.m. and returning around 2 p.m., indicating a several hours-long absence during which the crimes were committed.
