Much like the huge sale of Texas favorite Whataburger, another beloved Texas hot spot has been sold and will no longer call Texas home!
That’s right y’all, I’m talking about Chuy’s Tex-Mex! Chuy’s was just purchased by Darden Restaurants Inc., in a $605 million sale! That means that Chuy’s will be moving its headquarters from Austin, Texas and heading to the Sunshine State! Headquarters will now be in Orlando, Florida.
Chuy’s isn’t the only restaurant that was purchased, the sale also included Olive Garden and Ruth’s Chris!
Chuy’s CEO Steven Hilsop said in an announcement:…
