Crispy Roasted Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower

Crispy roasted garlic parm cauliflower is so easy to make and it’s absolutely delicious! Make it for an appetizer or as a side dish with your meal! This is what you’ll need for 4 servings:

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head (about 4 cups) of cauliflower, rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped parsley, lemon wedges

Break the cauliflower into medium-sized florets, cutting any large ones in half to expose more flat surfaces for better crumb adhesion. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, generously coating it with olive oil or cooking spray.
