POTENTIAL TROPICAL CYCLONE 15
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) issued an advisory for Potential Tropical Cyclone Fifteen (PTC 15), as a broad area of low pressure becomes more organized in the western Caribbean.
As PTC 15 tracks over the warm waters of the Caribbean, it will strengthen into Tropical Storm Nadine before making landfall in Belize. Once over land, the system will weaken and dissipate.
