Super delicious breakfast alert! These brioche muffins are so easy to make and delicious too. It’s a great twist on the classic French Toast breakfast. This is all you need for 18-24 muffins:
Ingredients:
French Toast Muffins
- 1 loaf of brioche bread
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Brown Sugar Cinnamon Topping
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
For Serving
- Maple syrup
