The County of Riverside will be using $80,000 of Unincorporated Communities Initiative funds for the Valle Vista and French Valley libraries, a trail on Pauba Road, and the Winchester Days celebration.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors voted 5-0 October 1 to approve $80,000 of Unincorporated Communities Initiative allocations.
