BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) – Let’s take a look at what to do this weekend.

Head to Bennington today for their third annual Harvest Fest. There will be a marketplace with more than 90 vendors, including artisan food makers and crafters. There will also be magic performers, two raptor shows, and live music performances on three stages throughout the day. This free event will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Spend some time giving back today with Vermont Fish and Wildlife. The department is hosting their annual spiny softshell turtle beach cleanup day. Volunteers will help pull up vegetation on beaches that nesting turtles will use next year. A biologist will also be there to talk about long-term turtle recovery efforts.
