NOAA’s winter outlook is out: What does it mean for Cincinnati?

CINCINNATI (WKRC/AP) – NOAA’s Winter Outlook shows a slightly better chance for overall milder-than-average temperatures and a slightly better chance for it to be wetter-than-average.

“No real surprises,” said chief meteorologist John Gumm. “That is a trademark of these La Niña patterns.”
