POUGHKEEPSIE – The City of Poughkeepsie Police arrested a 27-year-old Poughkeepsie man on Thursday in connection with a violent June 30, 2024 stabbing on Smith Street. Members of the City of Poughkeepsie Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit, Detective Bureau, and Patrol Division located and arrested Rushaan Francis after a three-month investigation.
