ANN ARBOR, MI — Matt McLean has been volunteering at Ten Thousand Villages in downtown Ann Arbor during the last 15 years. As the shop recently celebrated 20 years, he couldn’t help but feel proud of the milestone.
“Watching the community come together like that really drives home what we’re able to do,” he said. “You don’t have to get on an airplane to go help somebody halfway across the world. When you’re downtown, (you can) stop in our store and make a difference.”…
