HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – Volunteers with the Madison Baptist Association of Huntsville are gearing up to assist Hurricane Helene victims during their time of need.

Working under the Alabama Southern Baptist Disaster Relief, 20 volunteers will soon pack up and head out to Clearwater, South Carolina, who will help with manual labor, chainsaw work and will also provide donated gift cards to purchase needed items.

“There‘s a lot of personal loss involved with Hurricane Helene that went through, and so we hope to give them some comfort and some hope in a situation that’s really kind of disastrous now,” Jack Fuson, Director of Disaster Relief for the Madison Baptist Association of Huntsville, said…
