It’s the Third Saturday of October and you know what that means: It’s the Alabama-Tennessee football game. And one Alabama coach is locked in for the occasion.
Video from Neyland Stadium in Knoxville ahead of the 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff shows one member of the Alabama coaching staff entering the building with a cigar sticking out of his mouth.
But if the coaches was hoping to project confidence with the move, it doesn’t seem to be going over well with fans. Many are joking that it could a “pride before the fall” move while others pointed out that Alabama have been struggling too much lately for any of their members to be walking around with cigars.
