The Crimson Tide have a 7-0 lead in the first half, but they had some missed opportunities in the first half. Tennessee turned the ball over 3 times, but Alabama failed to score any points off of those takeaways.
The main culprit was penalties. The crowd at Neyland Stadium certainly seemed to be a factor at times, with Alabama’s offense struggling to stay in-sync. Alabama was penalized 10 times for 73 yards in the first half…
