Where’s everybody going? According to data recently released by the U.S. Census Bureau, people leaving Connecticut during 2023 headed to Florida, New York and Massachusetts more than anywhere else.
The top ten states where Connecticut residents relocated to were Florida, New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Virginia, California, Texas and New Jersey, according to the estimates.
Florida, New York and Massachusetts were head and shoulders above the rest, with nearly 16,000, just over 15,000, and just over 10,000 respectively relocating to those states…
