Jeff Jacoby presented his usual well-thought and well-supported argument in favor of the St. Isidore of Seville Catholic Virtual School in Oklahoma in its legal battle with the state attorney general, citing First Amendment rights (”A battle over whether charter school can be religious,” Opinion, Oct. 16). This is certainly a complex case, and the fact that a variety of special-interest charter schools exist underscores that complexity.
