MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man accused of fatally shooting a woman at Shelby Farms .
Jackson Hopper, 26, has been charged with first-degree murder.
At approximately 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, 22-year-old Ellie Young was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Visitor Center at Shelby Farms.
