A Lewes man is behind bars on drug charges after Delaware State Police found him unconscious in a vehicle this past week.
Troopers found 39-year-old Byard Widdoes slumped over the steering wheel of a Nissan Rogue in the parking lot of a Wawa on Dartmouth Drive in Lewes Thursday morning, police said.
When Widdoes woke up, he seemed confused, and when he got out of the SUV, he kept putting his hands into his pockets, disobeying orders not to do so…
