First State Brewing Company, Middletown’s award-winning brewery and restaurant, is opening a second location on Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach.
Spokesman Jeff Horne confirmed as much after “First State Brewing” was painted on the side of the restaurant over the weekend. The building, located in the Shops at Sea Coast (the Safeway shopping center), formerly housed The Pond and TGI Fridays.
