HARTFORD, Conn. (WFSB) – Police are searching for the driver responsible for a hit-and-run that killed a 27-year-old bicyclist early Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched to 605 Albany Avenue at 12:02 a.m. following reports of a vehicle striking a bicyclist.
