SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Congresswoman Nancy Mace took a step to support fishery organizations across the United States as she introduces the bipartisan Protect American Fisheries Act of 2024.
This new bill amends the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act. The bill recognizes economic causes as grounds for declaring a fishery resource disaster.
