After adopting dogs and allegedly killing them, a man in Texas was detained and charged with cruelty to non-livestock animals.
On October 3, the Bowie County Sheriff’s Office received reports of multiple dogs going missing from nearby residences. According to one of the callers, there was a suspected dog thief in the neighborhood.
