On Wednesday, October 9, Ridgeland Police Department (RPD) officers arrested 42-year-old Bobby Jack White of Mize, Mississippi, after a routine encounter showed them that he was wanted in Arkansas.
At approximately 10:00 p.m., Ridgeland police officers approached White, who was acting suspiciously outside a business on Centre Street.
