RUSTON, La. (KNOE) – The Ruston Police Department arrested a 20-year-old driver after one person was killed and another injured in the early morning hours of Saturday, Oct. 19.
Police responded to a pedestrian-involved crash on the I-20 South Service Road just after 2 a.m. on Saturday.
