LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – The City of McAllen Public Work crews were scheduled to be in Laredo for 14 days to assist in the boil water notice.
These crews were certified to assist and conduct inspections in contaminated areas and arrived on Saturday, October 19.
They had been instructed to check line by line until they found the root cause of the problem…
