HARLINGEN, Texas ( ValleyCentral ) — Governor Greg Abbott is in Harlingen campaigning for State Representative District 37 Janie Lopez.
Abbott encourages early voting, which begins Monday, Oct. 21, and runs through Friday, Nov. 1.
