BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – An elderly man was killed by a car while walking along Buffalo Grove Road Monday morning in the northwestern suburb.
The 87-year-old man was walking along the road around 8 a.m. when he was struck by a Toyota sedan near the Larraway Drive intersection. Paramedics took the man to Northwest Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The 60-year-old woman who crashed the sedan was taken to the same hospital for precautionary measures.…
