ORLANDO, Fla. – On Monday evening, Tropical Storm Oscar was over Cuba’s eastern coast, bringing strong winds and rain.
Oscar was moving toward the north-northwest near 7 mph and a turn toward the north-northeast was expected overnight, followed by a faster northeastward motion on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
