Dill Dinkers, an indoor pickleball concept, is an emerging brand tapping into the growing popularity of the sport.

Pickleball brand Dill Dinkers signed a 10-unit agreement for the Orlando market. The deal is with Justin White and Brien Vega, who each bring management experience from Planet Fitness. Vega also worked as a business development representative for Salesforce, while White has a background in police academies. Dill Dinkers launched in 2022 and has five units.

Schlotzsky’s Bakery Cafe signed a five-unit deal with the husband-and-wife team Vipul and Neha Patel. The Patels, who’ve owned Subways and construction companies, plan to develop the Schlotzsky’s locations in the Detroit area. Based in Austin, Texas, Schlotzsky’s is part of the GoTo Foods portfolio and has more than 300 locations.

Biscuit Belly, a Kentucky-based brunch brand, signed an area development agreement for up to three locations in Atlanta. The deal, signed with franchisee group ATL Biscuits, calls for locations to open across the metro over the next two years.
