CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have arrested a second suspect in connection with the shooting that killed Derrick Answon Baker and injured two other people.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Jamotis Watkins on Oct. 17, two weeks after the shooting at the corner of Tom Hunter Road and North Tryon Street.
